Actually, except for the lightening, it was quite fun. It is Sharon's new way to make us bike faster... throw an electric storm at us and see how fast we peddle!

I could not have been any happier with my swim! Last 1/2 Iron I did my swim was 53 minutes. Patriot yesterday was 38 Minutes. Thank you very much. I contribute this 15 minutes to you!!!!

You & your class have already helped me so much. Two weekends ago I rode Mooseman. I clipped out FIVE times, including up that “devil hill”. I rode Mooseman again on Saturday afternoon and I did NOT clip out even once! And I pushed through, all the way up that devil hill in my granny gear at 4 mph, but I didn’t clip out! I just kept pedaling and I kept looking just a few feet ahead of me and not at the rest of the hill yet to go. That piece of advice from you, I believe, helped get me though. That plus doing the hill repeats last Thursday. So THANKS already.

Originally, I felt quite intimidated about joining an open water swim coaching program. Just the thoughts of putting on a wetsuit and going out into a lake were scaring me.   But from the very first session you and Lisa have been so kind, and swimming with the group has been so much fun, that I am always looking forward to getting back into the water!  I can’t believe how comfortable and happy I feel in the water now, not to mention swimming much better! Thank you so much!
